Constructor Details

Main

protected Main()

Calls the super constructor DocumentedDistribution2(Configuration) with all program specific configuration information in its argument. Additionally set the icon images of the created GUI window.

Method Details

addUserMenuItems

protected void addUserMenuItems()

No extensions necessary.

Specified by:

addUserMenuItems in class DocumentedDistribution2<Options,GeneratedGui>

addUserPagesToTabbedPane

protected void addUserPagesToTabbedPane()

No extensions necessary ? Score / Tablature / Grid all on the same page?

Specified by:

addUserPagesToTabbedPane in class DocumentedDistribution2<Options,GeneratedGui>

completeInfrastructure

protected void completeInfrastructure()

Called by the superclass before GUI or CLI are executed. Is executed in the main thread.

Overrides:

completeInfrastructure in class DocumentedDistribution2<Options,GeneratedGui>

completeGuiPopulation

protected void completeGuiPopulation()

Modify the standard look. Is executed in the Swing thread.

Specified by:

completeGuiPopulation in class DocumentedDistribution2<Options,GeneratedGui>

executeBatchOperation

protected void executeBatchOperation()

Do the real work, after all parameters have been parsed, edited, checked, etc. These can come either from the command line or from GUI interaction, are realized by DocumentedDistribution2.optionsModel and completely define the task to be executed.

Specified by:

executeBatchOperation in class DocumentedDistribution2<Options,GeneratedGui>

main

public static void main(String[] args)

Main entry point, called from command line or by "clicking" a jar file icon, etc. Simply creates an instance and calls DocumentedDistribution2.non_static_main(String[]). This in turn is defined in the super class and handles all the different calling situations, including GUI control. Finally the parameters in DocumentedDistribution2.optionsModel will be set accordingly and executeBatchOperation() will be called to do the payload work.
